Park and botany

A natural green area of over a hectare, divided between lawns, park, flower beds and borders is available to guests of the Residenza Del Sole in Gressoney. The dimensions and distribution of the space allow children to play freely while parents and adults may stop to rest, in the solarium opposite the swimming-pool, pass the time with friends or take part in games.
Geranium Pratense (meadow cranesbill), lupines, weigelas and rugosa roses flower in the area.
The scenario of Monte Rosa, imposing and unique, provides a backdrop to the park, which is ideally situated to be a natural and unforgettable frame for your stay at the Residenza.

In winter the park area is crossed by the cross-country ski track of the Gressoney Saint Jean, on which it is not rare to see international level champions during their training.
Leaving the Residenza already wearing your cross-country skis and returning after making a route or a trip is a pleasant opportunity that gives you the sense of living your holiday to the full, maybe allowing yourself a massage afterwards, or aesthetic treatment, or a sauna, or a dip in the swimming-pool.
