Services and consumptions already included in the rates:
Weekly service: cleaning twice a week. Bed linen changed in mid-week. Towel linen and Tablecloth changed twice a week.
Consumptions: Cooking unit use, Hot Water, Electrical Power, Lighting, Heating, Climated Air.
Club: access to the covered swimming pool, saunas, gym, games, reading room,and miniclub for children aged 3-11
Final cleaning: including cooking unit left clean, otherwise there is an extra charge of € 30,00
Mandatory Deposit to secure the apartment from possible damages:
withdrawal authorization from a credit card to be signed at the arrival.
Notes:
Covered swimming pool: closed on Mondays for maintenance, if Monday is an international holiday, it is closed the following weekday;
The pool is open from 4.00 PM to 7.30 PM
Miniclub: open for at least 40 hours a week and for at least 6 days a week. Closed on Saturday.
Covered swimming pool and Miniclub are closed in low season. Ask for information about the closing period
N.B.: Pets not allowed during high season. Other periods on request.
Supplements:
Additional bed: € 14,00 per day
Club: for extra person € 7,00 per day (plus additional bed € 14,00)
Cot for up to age 3: € 3,00 per day without linen.
Covered parking:
Summer weekly rate € 40,00; € 9,00 per day.
Winter weekly rate € 60,00: € 12,00 per day
Pets: only one per apartmentt; allowed only if small, only during low and medium season and on request, with supplement of € 75,00
Half Board: € 34,00 per person per day; children 3-11 € 17,00.
Half Board includes continental breakfast and a 3 course dinner and drinks (1/2 lt. of house wine and 1/2 lt. of mineral water).
