Payment terms and cancellation policy
A deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay is required upon confirmation of your booking, to be paid by bank transfer or credit card.
The balance must be paid on arrival at the property.
The deposit is fully refundable for cancellations made up to 30 days before the arrival date.
For cancellations made between 29 and 6 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation made within 5 days prior to arrival, or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.

Kids’ club for children aged 3 to 11
Note: the swimming pool and kids’ club are only open at certain times of the season. We recommend checking availability and opening hours on the official website or by contacting the property directly.
Important notes
Final cleaning is included, provided that the kitchenette is left tidy and free of washing-up; otherwise, a surcharge of €30.00 will be applied.
A security deposit is required to cover the apartment: upon arrival, a pre-authorisation will be placed on your credit card to cover any damage.
Services subject to a charge
The following additional services are available on request:
Bathrobe hire for use at the swimming pool: €5.00 (deposit of €20.00 required, payable at reception)
Rubber flip-flops: €6.00 (available to purchase at reception)
Covered parking: €10.00 per day
Pets (dogs and cats): extra cleaning charge of €50.00 for the first three nights of your stay, plus €10.00 per day for each subsequent night
Important notes regarding pets
Pets must not be left unattended inside the apartment
Dogs must be kept on a lead and muzzled in communal areas
