The kitchen offers a varied and carefully curated menu, combining traditional flavours with more modern and creative dishes, with particular attention paid to the quality and freshness of the ingredients.

Particular attention is paid to local produce, with a selection of cheeses, cured meats and other specialities from the Aosta Valley, prioritising local produce wherever possible.

The restaurant offers both an à la carte menu and set menus for guests opting for half-board.

For those who prefer to enjoy our dishes in the comfort of their own flat, a takeaway service is also available, featuring dishes from the menu.

The Residenza’s bar rounds off the offering with coffee, pastries, cold dishes and aperitifs, perfect for a pleasant break during the day or a moment of relaxation after a day spent in the mountains.
