The new Latitud 7 Restaurant, located inside the Residenza del Sole, has been run since June 2025 by Nicolas and Julieta, Argentinians by birth who have been living in Gressoney for several years.

Their cuisine offers a blend of tradition and creativity, with typical local dishes accompanied by international specialities and references to Argentine cuisine. Nicolas and Julieta's experience and passion bring a breath of fresh air to both the à la carte menu and the options available to guests on half board.

Great attention is paid to the quality of the ingredients, with a particular preference for local, zero-kilometre products: cheeses from Gressoney, cold cuts from the Aosta Valley, locally grown vegetables and honey produced in our mountains.

Julieta, an excellent pastry chef, prepares all the desserts in the in-house bakery, while Nicolas specialises in sourdough products, offering high-quality bread, pizzas and baked goods.

For guests who wish to enjoy the restaurant's dishes in their apartment, a takeaway service is also available for all items on the menu.

In addition to the restaurant service, the bar offers coffee, pastries, cold dishes and aperitifs, ideal for a tasty break at any time of the day.
