La Marmotta Restaurant, located within the Residenza del Sole, offers typical Piedmontese dishes and Aosta Valley specialties. Deborah, an authentic Pavia chef, brings her famous ossobuco with saffron risotto and the traditional Pavia ragù (casseoeula) to the Valley. Local cheeses and cold cuts will be the main attraction, served on traditional mountain boards and accompanied by wines from small local wineries. For lunch, in addition to the à la carte menu, a fixed-price menu is available for those who want to sample the restaurant's offerings. Dinner is exclusively à la carte.
In addition to the restaurant service, there is also a café, cold table, and aperitifs. By reservation, you can also enjoy a good aperitif by the pool. Furthermore, there is a wide selection of draught and bottled beers.
