The new Restaurant Latitud 7, located inside the Residenza del Sole, has been run since June 2025 by Nicolas and Julieta, Argentine-born residents of Gressoney for some years.
Their management offers typical local dishes together with international and Argentinean dishes. The experience of Nicolas and Julieta, our restaurant's new cooks, brings a breath of fresh air to the à la carte menu and half-board treatment.
The restaurant is very attentive to the use of quality raw materials, with a focus on local 0 km products such as Gressoney cheeses and Aosta Valley cold cuts, locally grown vegetables and honey produced in our mountains.
Julieta is an excellent pastry chef and all the desserts are rigorously prepared in the in-house workshop, Nicolas specialises in leavened products with sourdough starter and offers high quality bread, pizzas and baked goods.
For guests who wish to dine in the flat, there is also a takeaway service for all dishes on the menu.
In addition to the restaurant service, the bar offers a cafeteria service, pastries, cold dishes and aperitifs.
